The 2027 European Padel Championships will take place in three cities. Amsterdam, The Hague, and Arnhem will host the Final 8 of the European Nations Championship, scheduled from July 7th to 11th, 2027. Teams will compete at the AFAS Live in Amsterdam, one of the city’s most important venues; The Hague will host the competitions at the Sportcampus Zuiderpark, while in Arnhem, one of the city’s landmarks, the Musis Theater, will welcome the best male and female players in Europe. The journey towards the Final 8 will begin with Phase 1, scheduled from March 7th to 10th, 2027, and will continue with Phase 2, from March 11th to 13th.
The first two phases will take place simultaneously in two cities: Zwolle will host the women’s tournament, while Dronten will be the venue for the men’s tournament. At the end of the first two phases, the top national teams will earn access to the Final 8, where they will join the top four male and female teams already qualified by FIP ranking (Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the Netherlands in the men’s category; Spain, France, Italy, and Belgium in the women’s category). The FIP Euro Padel Cup 2027 is the 15th edition of the major continental competition, the second with the new format designed by the International Padel Federation to increase the participation of European national teams and offer an increasing number of athletes the opportunity to represent their country at the highest levels.
“We are proud to organize this tournament throughout the country with important partners,” stated during the presentation in Utrecht KNLTB’s General Director, Edu Jansing. “Padel has become a sport of great relevance. With the European Championships, we want to bring the best players in Europe to the Netherlands, but also allow as many people as possible to discover what makes this sport so special.”
“It is the first time that a single country will host all the stages of a European Championship in different cities, a historic novelty for FIP championships. The Dutch candidacy stood out for its quality and ambition, for a strong padel culture, and a consolidated infrastructure,” declared Jaume Campistol, FIP Championships representative and Head of FIP Promises. “We expect a very high-level edition, capable of enhancing National Team padel, engaging the audience, and leaving an important legacy for the development of the sport in Europe.”
